My name is Julie Ann Peal Jastrzebski. I am 33yrs old, I am married to Mark Anthony Jastrzebski,
who is 37yrs old and we have one child aged 14yrs old. We also have one dog called Star who is billiant with children
but will be penned in away from children. We have been living at 151a Harvington Road, Weoley Castle for 6yrs. Mark was bought
up in Weoley Castle; i was bought up in Stechford Birmingham. Our daughter is a pupil at Shenley Court Specialist Arts
College and sixth form centre who is currently starting her G,S,C,E 's.We have just in the month October 2007 moved to Hockley.
Due to me already holding a NVQ level 3 certificate in early years care and education, and
various other qualification in which can be seen in my curriculum vitae for anyone to request. I have been lucky to obtain
a place on the Birmingham City Councils childminders preregistration Briefing course and hope to registered with OFSTED very
soon, as well as doing some extra training to update my experience and skills in caring for children to the best of my ability
and to the National Standards that is required.
This business will run effectively from our home in, accordance with all the legal regulations,
and i am lucky to have the assistance of my husband who will be concentrating on the business side of it but he too is undertaking
training so he too can care for the children if i need any such support.
Safety
We will ensure that the environment and equipment/toys is safe for all to use and be safe around.
We will make sure that all toys/equipment is clean and well maintained according to all requirements and needs of all children
and is reguarly monitored and reviewed to all policies.
Working with Parents
We will have written contracts with all parents explainning our service and what we provide, our
policies and procedures, which will be on hand if they wish to see them. We will have regular meetings with parents to discuss
the progression, behaviour, welfare, ect to sub stain our safety, happy environments for their children. To discuss their
children's dietary requirements, learnng and complaiants they may have.
We are now Ofsted Registered from the 21/04/08
and we can care for up to five child at any one time
